Payment can be made by personal debit or credit card, cash (UK sterling) or bank transfer.

To secure a booking by credit/debit card: When making the booking, please provide us with your full card details, these are held as security against your booking. NO charge is made to your card unless you breach our cancellation policy. Upon check-out you can pay the balance with this card or by any other method listed above.

Payment in full is required for stays of two or three nights. For Direct Bookings of four nights or more a 50% deposit is required one month before your stay.

Deposits can be made preferably by Bank Transfer, Debit Card or Credit Card.

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we will refund your monies in line with our cancellation policy.

Failure to cancel or no show:

• Full cost of booking
• Cancellation: Loss of deposit
• In addition to the loss of your deposit if a confirmed reservation is cancelled and we are unable to re-let the room, you will be liable to pay the full cost of your booking
• In the event of early departure you will be liable to pay for the full time booked
